Seth A. Blackwell

Mr. Blackwell serves as Metron’s Vice President of Contracts. In this role, he is responsible for and oversees all aspects of the contracts, pricing, compliance, procurement, and export functions. Mr. Blackwell brings more than 17 years of senior leadership in the federal acquisition environment.

Prior to joining Metron in 2013, Mr. Blackwell spent 8 years at Northrop Grumman and 4 years at Metron Aviation. During his tenure with Northrop Grumman, Mr. Blackwell served as both a director of contracts and a director of pricing. Mr. Blackwell was responsible for the contract administration of a $400M / year DoD business unit portfolio. Mr. Blackwell directed the business operations of the sector pricing department responsible for $6.5B / year of revenue.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Blackwell completed the Darden Business School Executive Leadership Program.
